Take Back our City!!!

Question - If a study on crime in ATL that uses only statistics, math, and statistical analysis concludes that 80% of crime is committed by one group, whether it is age, sex, race, religious denomination etc., is that conclusion classified as racist, bigoted, stereotypical or....maybe just cold hard fact? We are losing a wonderful city, and someone needs to stop it. ..Just thinkin'
