REWARD the GOOD STUDENTS - REGARDLESS OF INCOME!!!

HOPE - Should in NO way be tied to financial need nor should it be for Day Care- It is a REWARD to GOOD students for COLLEGE...not need based..We have student loans, special scholarships and programs for need based assistance...Give HOPE to good students and consider their "Strength of Schedule" while in high school!..just thinkin'

    Funny we can us "Strength of Schedule" to host a freaking basketball tournament...but when it comes to using it to provide scholarships..it's not "fair"
