HOPE is Funded by People That Don't Save for College???

HOPE and Irony - Does anyone else find it ironic that the latest protest about cutting HOPE are outside convenience stores in neighborhoods where the last thing the person needs to be spending money on is $50 worth of "PICK THREE" tickets to win $250???..what if they put all their lotto money in a college fund???..I Mean, all theses political leaders talking about the "impact on the poor", yet these are the people that waste the most money on the lotto...just thinkin'
