REALLY? - "ATLANTA – The head of Georgia's NAACP is threatening a boycott of the state lottery if Governor Nathan Deal moves ahead with proposed changes to the HOPE scholarship".…How about you boycott it, buy a belt, get a job, and plan for your kids, if you know where they are, education?..The ignorance of this group is sickening...Personal responsibility!!!..just thinkin'
